I. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED PHYSICALLY OR BY POST:
 BIDDER SHALL SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS through Regd. POST or by hand DULY FILLED & SIGNED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE SUPERSCRIBED WITH TENDER NO. CMM/KAIGA1-4/ COMMON-1-4/59779 TO THE OFFICE OF HEAD(C&MM), KAIGA GENERATING STATION, KAIGA, VIA KARWAR - 581400. UTTARA KANNADA DISTRICT, KARNATAKA.
(i). Authenticated Offer / Price bid.
(ii). Tender Form of FORM NO. CMM-22A/Rev. 5 as per GCC/CMM22/Rev.5 format.
(iii) Declaration of 'ANNEXURE - B' as per GCC/CMM 22 /Rev.4 format
NOTE: ALL THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED DULY SIGNED & STAMPED BY THE AUTHORISED SIGNATORY ON ALL THE PAGES.

II OTHER DETAILS:
(a) NPCIL will not be responsible for any delay / non-delivery of tender fee due to post / courier.
(b) Such of those offers whose requisite tender fee is not received on or before stipulated last date and time of off-line bid submission will be summarily rejected.
(c) NPCIL reserves the rights to accept / reject any or all bids in part / full without assigning any reason.
If the due date for opening of tender happens to be a holiday in NPCIL, the same will be carried out on the next working day at the same time.
(d) Kaiga Plant Site is located approx. 60 Kms away from KARWAR, Dist. Uttar Kannada, Karnataka and approx. 150 kms away from Panaji, Goa.
